Product Manager

Product Manager - Hardware & Infrastructure

Salary: £65,000-£75,000 + up to 18% bonus + benefits

Location: London - hybrid 3 days

Industry: Logistics / Last Mile

The Company

I'm working with a business that's building a physical infrastructure from scratch, at pace, with a real deadline bearing down on them. They're spinning out of a major logistics operator as a standalone entity, and they're at the stage where the decisions being made right now will define how this network operates for years to come.

The Role

This is a hands-on Product Manager role with genuine ownership. You'll be the person who figures out how hundreds of physical locker units get deployed, connected, and integrated into a live platform while managing the web of stakeholders across multiple organisations, who all need to move in the same direction at the same time.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the deployment and integration of physical locker hardware (routers, SIM cards, connectivity infrastructure) from spec through to live network
  • Managing a multi-party integration programme spanning internal tech teams, hardware providers, and third-party logistics partners
  • Being the single point of accountability across all workstreams, keeping complex interdependencies from becoming blockers
  • Building the processes this programme needs as you go, lightweight, pragmatic, and scalable

What we're looking for

  • A background in physical hardware or infrastructure PM, warehouse automation, connectivity networks, IoT, smart buildings, EV infrastructure, or anything where the product exists in the real world
  • Strong product craft: you understand agile ways of working, know how to run a backlog with intention, and can make clear prioritisation decisions when everything feels urgent
  • Someone who manages stakeholders across organisational boundaries without needing authority to do it, you build trust quickly and hold programmes together through relationships
  • Genuinely hands-on: you're as comfortable doing the work as directing it, and you don't wait to be asked
  • Proven ability to deliver in ambiguous, early-stage environments, you create structure, you don't wait for it

If you're a Product Manager who's built and shipped physical infrastructure at scale and you're looking for a role where you can have real impact, I'd love to hear from you.

If that sounds like your kind of challenge, let's talk.
