Product Manager

Role: Contract Product Manager (Customer Experience Platform)

Rate: £400-£450/day Outside IR35

Location: London (Office: Tue/Wed/Thu - Hybrid)

Start date: January 2025

We are looking for a Contract Product Manager to join a growing Product team and lead the build of their Customer Experience Platform.

You'll work closely with Commercial, Engineering, and Operations teams to define and deliver platform solutions that scale the business.

You should be passionate about discovery, building strong processes, and working collaboratively with development teams to ship quality products.

ESSENTIAL:

Is passionate about discovery

Experience building customer experience platforms end-to-end

Good discovery experience

Can work well with development teams

Has good product process and structure

Experience of building Platforms for SEO/Publishing, Affiliate marketing, Customer/Digital Experience, Sales CRM
