💰 up to £670 p/day Inside IR35

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive customer and operational experiences across a rapidly expanding physical network infrastructure for a major UK organisation.

The role:

You'll own the user interaction experience, shaping and optimising both customer-facing and operational journeys across a diverse hardware network and 3rd-party partnerships. Working with external design partners and hardware suppliers, you'll ensure experiences are intuitive, accessible, and consistent as the network scales.

What we need:

✅ Strong product management experience with logistics, physical infrastructure, or hardware-enabled services

✅ Proven track record managing UI/UX requirements with external suppliers and design agencies

✅ Hands-on experience with usability testing, acceptance criteria, and agile backlog management

✅ Ability to balance customer experience with operational realities

✅ Comfortable coordinating across multiple external partners and technical teams

✅ Detail-oriented approach to accessibility, consistency, and journey design

Key responsibilities:

• Refine customer and operator journeys across the physical infrastructure estate

• Review and validate UI/UX designs from external partners

• Manage backlog and roadmap for experience improvements

• Define KPIs and drive continuous optimisation based on performance data

• Coordinate supplier delivery and ensure consistency across hardware providers
