🚀 Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant (Product)

This isn’t a “build from scratch” role.
You’ll be joining a business with:
• An active client base
• Live roles across contract and permanent
• Consistent work passed over from day one
• A team that knows how to bill and navigate todays market

This is a true 360 role, but with lots of support.
You’ll work across:
• Product roles (PM, Design, Product Ops etc.)
• Contract and permanent hiring
• Existing clients, alongside building your own
Typical split:
• ~50% from shared roles
• 100% ownership of your own placements
You’ll be expected to:
• Deliver high-quality candidates into an active client base
• Build and grow your own client portfolio
• Run full-cycle recruitment processes
• Operate as a trusted partner to our clients

You’ll work closely with the founders and the wider team with deep experience across Product, Tech & GTM recruitment.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Experience recruiting in Product, Marketing or Technology
• Proven billing track record
• Comfortable running a 360 desk
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who wants to build and be part of our growth journey
