Main Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement activities across a range of categories.

• Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

• Assist with tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract administration.

\n

• Support negotiations and help identify cost-saving opportunities.

\n

• Conduct market research and maintain awareness of industry trends.

\n

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and tools.

\n

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ongoing supplier management.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent; CIPS qualification desirable.

\n

• 1–2 years of procurement or sourcing experience.

\n

• Understanding of IT procurement and supplier management.

\n

• Experience supporting tenders, negotiations, and contract reviews.

\n

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

\n

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

\n

• Proficiency with procurement tools and systems.

\n

• Collaborative, proactive, and flexible team player.
