Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Web/Ecommerce Manager to support our D2C rollout in EMEA, leading the launch of multiple branded Shopify Plus sites over the next two years. You will own the EMEA roadmap, optimise the platform, and oversee campaigns, product launches, promotions, and ongoing site performance.
You will act as the primary ecommerce point of contact between EMEA and US teams, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver scalable, high-performing, and localised ecommerce experiences across multiple markets and languages.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong Shopify platform knowledge and operational ecommerce experience, spanning fulfilment integrations, customer service workflows, and multi-market site management.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience in ecommerce website management or replatforming, preferably with Shopify Plus
- Experience with multi-market, multi-language D2C websites and integrations (PIM, DAM, CRM, customer service platforms)
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Eye for visual consistency, user experience, and conversion optimisation
- Collaborative communicator, able to work across technical and non-technical teams
