Key Requirements
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and user issues
- Act as a first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Assist with Azure/Entra ID user administration, permissions and access management
- Manage and resolve tickets in line with agreed service levels
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to end users
- Work collaboratively with the wider IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
Key Experience
- Previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd Line IT Support role
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of Azure and Entra ID administration
- Experience working with service desk or ITSM ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and remote support environments
- Familiarity with Intune, SCCM or similar endpoint management tools
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM would be advantageous
- Understanding of ITIL principles or an ITIL certification would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with users across the business
