Inhouse Recruiter - 3 month FTC

My client is seeking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. A background in Technology recruitment is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from role briefing to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through direct channels, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the process.

About You:

• Proven experience as an internal recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident in sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
• Tech recruitment background desirable, but not essential.
