SQL Developer
We’re looking for experienced SQL / .NET Developers to join a busy IT delivery team on a contract basis. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting high-profile customers on complex software development projects. The Role As part of a collaborative IT delivery function, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting data-driven applications and services. The environment is dynamic, customer-facing, and agile, so you’ll need strong technical skills alongside the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a wider delivery team. Key Skills & Experience
Proven track record in SQL Server development (stored procedures, functions, triggers, SSIS, SSRS). Strong .NET / C# development skills, including APIs and microservices. Solid understanding of data analysis and building reliable, scalable solutions. Source code control (Bitbucket, Git, or similar). Jira / Confluence or other agile tooling. Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing environments. Desirable: Automated testing, Docker, AWS. Agile delivery experience. Contract Details
Location: Hybrid – Norwich (onsite 2–3 days per week, remainder remote) Day Rate: Competitive / market-rate Start Date: ASAP Duration: Initial contract, with likely extension given workload This role is well suited to experienced contractors who enjoy working in complex, fast-moving delivery environments and who are comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with stakeholder interaction
