Channel Marketing Manager – (Waterbeach, Cambridge)
Salary up to £80,000 plus excellent benefits
Full-time, site based role with European travel ( up to 20%)

Your Mission

• Lead strategic channel marketing to accelerate partner revenue
• Act as a vital link between global partners and internal teams—develop, launch, and optimize co-branded campaigns.
• Build, measure, and refine a world-class marketing roadmap using KPIs and ROI insights.
• Drive partner acquisition, enablement, and go-to-market support with toolkits, events, webinars, and training.
• Monitor market trends & competitor activity to adjust tactics and messaging.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and event teams to align plans to business goals.
• Own the channel marketing budget and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring:
Qualifications

• Degree-level education.

Experience & Skills

• Proven B2B channel or partner marketing background—ideally in mid-large international firms.
• Strong grasp of channel sales models, marketing automation, ROI tracking, and funnel-driven strategies.
• “Hunter” mindset—capable of building executive relationships and demonstrating value.
• Skilled in content creation, analytics, project management, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience managing agencies/creative teams and delivering measurable results.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Degree in Business, Telecoms or Marketing.
• Technology sector background and a keen interest in working for a tech product business
• Experience in mission-critical communications, mobile computing devices, or LMR systems.

Practical Details

• Office-based 5 days/week in Waterbeach, with ~20% international travel—clean UK driving licence and car essential (expenses covered).
