Customer Sales Coordinator

We’re looking for a confident and organised Customer Sales Coordinator to join a manufacturing company in Braintree. This is a varied role supporting both internal sales and customer service – perfect if you enjoy being at the heart of the action, keeping everything running smoothly.Starting salary will be between £30-35,000 depending on experience. Working hours will be 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday with a 14:00 finish on Friday.Company benefits include 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and free parking at their purpose built facilities!   • Coordinating between sales team members
  • Manage incoming enquiries by phone and email
  • Researching leads and enquiries
  • Help implement a new ERP system and manage related data
  • Process new customer accounts and pricing updates
  • Liaise with customers, planning, logistics, and technical support
  • Assist with forecasting and sales admin
What You’ll Need
  • Experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills across all channels
  • Good IT skills – particularly MS Office & Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong time management
  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
