The organisation is entering a new phase of transformation and is focused on developing the culture, strengthening engagement, and supporting commercial growth.The company employs around 75 people globally, with its largest hub located at a Cambridge-based site, alongside colleagues in other UK locations and across Europe, North America and Australia.The Opportunity:  The organisation is seeking a HR Manager or Head of HR to succeed their long-serving incumbent. This is a standalone role with support from finance for payroll and external partners for international HR compliance.Reporting directly to the CEO (Europe), you will be the trusted people advisor to the senior leadership team and will lead the HR agenda across all locations. You will have the autonomy to shape the function, modernise processes, and re-energise the workforce after a period of change.Key focus areas include:
  • Developing the culture and strengthening engagement following a period of change
  • Refreshing organisational values and embedding them into everyday practices
  • Developing leadership capability and supporting managers across all functions
  • Enhancing global HR operations, including reviewing the use of external HR providers
  • Supporting commercial growth, including hiring several new roles this year
  • Optimising HR systems and data reporting 
Some travel within Europe will be required. What we are looking for:  We’re seeking a confident, credible HR leader with both strategic and operational capability — someone who is energised by autonomy and enjoys shaping direction from the ground up.You will thrive in this role if you:
  • Have broad HR generalist experience with international exposure
  • Enjoy standalone roles and taking full ownership of the HR agenda
  • Have experience in culture development, values refresh, or organisational transformation
  • Are comfortable partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Have experience with HRIS platforms
