IT Support Co-ordinator
Technology and Data Support Co-ordinator Stowmarket 37.5hours a week£30,000-£40,000pa DOE We are looking for a proactive problem solver with a passion for IT and data, and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for providing first-line IT support to colleagues onsite. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage workloads effectively and remain responsive.Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Liaise with external IT support partners, helping to streamline processes and reduce external reliance over time.
- Collect, prepare, and analyse data to support leadership decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Support ongoing improvements to systems, processes, and data workflows.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and data sources.
- Assist in onboarding and supporting staff with IT tools and systems.
- Analytical mindset with proven experience using Power BI- desirable.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work well across teams and levels.
- Confident, positive, and eager to learn.
- Able to explain technical issues in a user-friendly way.
- Familiarity with IT support tools such as ticketing systems and remote support platforms.
- Proven experience providing IT support within a business environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and/or other visualisation tools.
- Experience collaborating with external IT providers.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, troubleshooting, and hardware/software support.
