IT Support Technician

                            - Deliver 1st & 2nd line technical support to staff and students, ensuring minimal disruption to learning.
 - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
 - Escalate complex technical incidents where necessary and follow up to resolution.
 - Maintain and update IT systems, documentation, and asset records.
 - Support projects, upgrades, and routine maintenance across the IT infrastructure.
 - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring users feel supported and informed.
 
- Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role.
 - Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office 365, and network environments.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
