IT Support Technician

- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT enquiries, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support the IT Manager with the maintenance of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and update applications and systems; assist with software licensing and compliance.
- Contribute to IT projects and system upgrades, including the rollout of new technologies across the business.
- Deliver informal training and user support to colleagues on IT tools and best practices.
- Maintain the IT asset inventory and assist with secure disposal of obsolete hardware in line with WEEE regulations.
- Provide technical support for firm-wide events and online auctions, including setting up and maintaining IT equipment.
- You’ll have some hands-on experience in a 1st line IT support role, either through full-time work, an apprenticeship, or similar.
- Confident with basic Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues.
- Familiar with user account setup and general support resolution.
- A confident communicator who can provide friendly, professional support to colleagues at all levels.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges in a broad IT support environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
