Learning and Development LMS LeadLocation: Cambridge / Hybrid - 3 days on site with parkingContract: 6-month fixed term (from October 2026)Salary: Up to £57,000 per annumAre you an experienced L&D professional ready to lead meaningful change in a dynamic organisation We’re looking for a Learning and Development Lead to drive the next phase of our enterprise LMS (Workday) implementation and contribute to strategic skills development across the business. This six-month opportunity is perfect for someone who combines strong project management skills with deep L&D expertise.You’ll be part of a small project team and work closely with colleagues across People & Culture to ensure their LMS is ready for launch — from content curation and system testing to stakeholder engagement and adoption support. You’ll also contribute to the development of career and technical learning pathways, collaborating with subject matter experts and business partners to embed key skills across the organisation.Who we’re looking for:You’ll bring senior-level L&D experience, ideally including LMS implementation and digital learning delivery. You’re confident managing projects, facilitating change, and using data to drive decisions.
