Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing Manager Cambridge Full-time – (5 days a week on-site) Some international travel required Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience We’re looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to help shape and share the story of our client’s products. In this key role, you’ll turn complex technical features into compelling market narratives that drive awareness, enable their global sales team to deliver real impact. You’ll work across Product Strategy, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our go-to-market activities are aligned and effective.What You’ll Do:

• Define product positioning and messaging that speaks to public safety and commercial sectors.
• Lead product launches and support integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content — whitepapers, case studies, SEO-optimised pages, thought leadership, sales tools, and more.
• Enable their sales teams with compelling collateral, training, and market insights.
• Gather customer and competitor intelligence to inform strategy and refine messaging.
• Track performance and continuously improve go-to-market execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B/B2G product marketing, from the tech or telecoms space.
• Strong storytelling skills — able to turn technical features into value-led messaging.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
• Experience building content for sales enablement, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.

Desirable:

• Background in telecommunications, electronics, or mission-critical communications.
• Technical degree or relevant qualifications (e.g. Marketing, Business, Engineering).
• Experience with mobile computing or LMR solutions a plus.
