Product Marketing Manager B2BLocation: CambridgeContract: Full-time, 5 days per week on-siteSalary: Up to £70000 (dependent on experience) About the RoleWe’re seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to help shape, articulate, and amplify the story of our client’s products across global markets.This is a pivotal role at the intersection of Product Strategy, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll translate complex, technical capabilities into compelling value-led narratives that resonate with customers across public safety and commercial sectors, enabling sales teams and driving successful go-to-market execution.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Define clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging aligned to target markets and customer needs.
  • Lead product launches, working cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Create high-impact content, including:
    • Whitepapers and case studies
    • SEO-optimised web pages
    • Thought leadership and market insight pieces
    • Sales tools and enablement collateral
  • Equip global sales teams with effective messaging, training materials, and market intelligence.
  • Gather and analyse customer, market, and competitor insights to refine strategy and messaging.
  • Track and evaluate go-to-market performance, continuously optimising execution and impact.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2G product marketing, ideally within technology or telecommunications.
  • Marketing Degree level
  • Strong storytelling ability, communications — confident in translating technical features into clear customer value.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple functions.
  • Hands-on experience creating content for sales enablement, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a practical, execution-focused mindset.
Desirable Experience
  • Background in telecommunications, electronics, or mission-critical communications.
  • Technical or commercial qualifications (e.g. Marketing, Business, Engineering).
  • Exposure to mobile computing or LMR solutions.
