• Oversee acquisition, allocation, renewal, and retirement of software assets.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and manage related risks.
• Review and optimise support and maintenance contracts.
• Work with suppliers and procurement to enhance value and efficiency.
• Continuously improve asset management policies, processes, and documentation.

About You You’ll be a proactive, analytical professional who thrives on detail and precision. You’ll combine hands-on experience with a strong understanding of IT asset management best practices.

• ITIL v3 Foundation (essential); advanced ITAM qualifications desirable.
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT Asset or Software Asset Management within a large, complex organisation.
• Solid understanding of Tier 1 vendor licensing (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Adobe).
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex licence data and contract terms.
• Experience using a leading Software Asset Management tool (desirable).
