Temporary IT Support Immediate Start

I’m delighted to be partnering with a fantastic local organisation who require some interim IT Support over the next few months.You’ll provide day-to-day technical support, build and configure laptops, manage accounts, ensure system security, and help deliver new ICT projects.This role is based on site in central Norwich and requires an immediate start.Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to staff and volunteers (face to face, remote & phone).
• Build, configure & maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support networks, printers, phones, and wireless devices.
• Manage accounts, backups, servers & system security.
• Assist with ICT projects and digital initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience with laptop/desktop builds, configuration & troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams & Windows environments.
• Understanding of networks, servers, backups & cybersecurity.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
