Program Director
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Director to lead the delivery of strategic, regulatory, digital, and AI-driven projects across the Capital Markets business.
Acting as a trusted partner to Business, Technology, Finance, and Risk leaders, you will drive execution, governance, and financial oversight across multiple programs, ensuring delivery of critical business outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of risk management and regulatory compliance.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong execution capability, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to successfully deliver complex change in a fast-paced environment.

- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong financial management, governance, and portfolio oversight experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
