Role Description
You will manage and grow e-commerce platforms for our agency clients. You will configure and run Shopify stores, Amazon marketplaces, and a small number of bespoke e-commerce & booking sites. You will own product setup, workflows, and day-to-day running. You work closely with design, development, and marketing team members to turn strategy into live revenue.
You are hands-on and commercially minded. You understand e-commerce end-to-end without being a developer.
Key responsibilities:
Shopify platform management
- Set up and manage Shopify stores, themes, navigation, and collections
- Create and manage products, variants, pricing, bundles, and subscriptions
- Configure payments, taxes, shipping rules, and discounts
- Select, configure, and manage Shopify apps
- Brief developers when custom builds or integrations are required
Amazon marketplace management
- Manage Seller Central accounts and brand structures
- Create and optimise listings, variations, and parent-child products
- Build and manage A+ Content and Brand Store pages
- Ensure category rules, compliance, and brand guidelines are met
- Maintain product images, copy, keywords, and backend data
Umbraco/Other ecommerce support
- Manage product content and catalogue structure within Umbraco sites
- Work with developers on bespoke e-commerce functionality
- Understand checkout, payment, and fulfilment flows
- Test builds, manage content updates, and support launches
- Act as the e-commerce owner rather than the technical builder
E-commerce operations
- Own product launch workflows from brief to live
- Manage SKUs, barcodes, stock rules, and fulfilment logic
- Understand FBA, FBM, 3PL, and direct to consumer fulfilment
- Understand product schema requirements
- Maintain catalogue accuracy across platforms
Marketing and growth support
- Prepare product feeds for Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads
- Work with PPC and paid social teams to support campaigns
- Set up promotions, bundles, and seasonal offers
- Apply CRO fundamentals to product and collection pages
Analytics and performance
- Use Shopify, GA4 and Amazon reports
- Ensure tracking is correctly implemented, often via GTM
- Identify issues affecting conversion or revenue
- Report clearly to internal teams and clients
About the role:
Working pattern
- This role is open to remote working within the UK. You will be expected to spend very occasional time in our Hampton office for team sessions, planning days, and key project work. We value flexibility and strong collaboration
What you are not
- Not a front-end or back-end developer, although HTML/CSS understanding is advantageous
- Not a designer or copywriter, although having a design eye and the ability to tweak and amend is expected
Required experience
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience across multiple stores
- Proven Amazon Seller Central experience
- Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows and trading
- Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment
- Confident briefing designers, developers, and marketers
- Any additional CMS / E-commerce / Booking platforms experience is a bonus
