A growing UK tech SME looking for a Head of HR to lead the people function.

The Role

You’ll own all things HR - recruitment, onboarding, policies, employee relations, and culture. You’ll work directly with the leadership team to support growth and keep people happy.

You’ll need: 5+ years HR experience, ideally in tech or an SME, Strong knowledge of UK and EU employment law. CIPD qualified.
