Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata
Location: Office-based (full-time) - Witham

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Data Administrator to support the launch of our client's newest product. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with database administration / data cleansing experience.

You will be proactive and have a confident telephone manner as this role will include speaking to prospective clients to book appointments (note this is not a cold calling exercise / is not a telesales role but you must be confident making calls with prospective clients).

Key Responsibilities

• Work with existing data to book appointments and follow up leads from our clients latest product launch
• Conduct research and data entry to fill information gaps, working under direction from senior management
• Administer and maintain database records, ensuring all contact information is present, accurate and up-to-date
• Book appointments for the team to demonstrate The POD and discuss client requirements
• Make outbound calls to prospects and clients with confidence and professionalism
• Manage email communications to confirm meetings and update team diaries
• Cleanse and validate data to maintain database integrity

• Strong research skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent data entry capabilities with high accuracy
• Adaptable IT skills and comfortable learning new systems
• Confident telephone manner with strong conversational abilities
• Professional written communication skills
• Ability to work systematically through data and prioritise tasks

Desirable Skills

• Experience using LinkedIn for business purposes
• Previous database administration or cleansing experience
• Recent graduate / research experience
