Pursuit Group is delighted to be working with a growing wellbeing company that supports people to overcome addiction and make positive, lasting changes to their lives. As the business scales its team, operations and client base, the Founder is looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Administrator to help support her during this exciting time. This is a varied, hands-on role in a small, supportive team, with real scope to shape the position as the business grows.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and resolving clashes across multiple stakeholders
  • Managing the Founder's inbox as first point of contact, prioritising enquiries and drafting correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings, minute taking and follow-ups.
  • Overseeing day-to-day business administration, supplier relationships and IT systems
  • Supporting the external accounting team with invoicing, expenses, chasing payments and budget tracking
  • Assisting with HR administration, including recruitment support, onboarding, holidays and training
  • Supporting marketing activity, social media and the website, working with external specialists
  • Working with an external consultant to introduce automation, new software and AI tools across the business
  • Providing project support, from event coordination to market and competitor research
  • Handling sensitive client and business information with complete discretion

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as an Executive Administrator or PA in a similar role, ideally within a small or growing business
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
  • A confident, professional communicator who builds strong relationships
  • Tech-savvy, with strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills, and comfortable using AI and new systems
  • A marketing mindset and an interest in growing the brand
  • Calm, adaptable and proactive, anticipating needs before being asked
  • Knowledge of accounting packages, HR practices or payroll would be an advantage

Why apply?

You'll join a warm, purpose-driven business at an exciting stage of growth, working closely with an inspiring Founder and making a genuine difference to the people it supports.
