Business Analyst / Biz Analyst

Location: Feltham, UK (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, supporting enterprise applications used by internal business units. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing application support, license governance, and facilitating communication between business and technical teams.

• Support and manage internal applications used by employees.
• Lead the migration/consolidation of multiple application instances into a unified solution.
• Oversee license management processes including approvals, renewals, upgrades, and downgrades.
• Develop and maintain documentation for operational and support processes.
• Set up and manage SharePoint support portals and facilitate discussions via Webex spaces.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support delivery.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support vendor management and assist in contract renewal analysis.
• Apply Agile methodologies and contribute to governance implementation and project tracking.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or enterprise application support setting.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and license governance.
• Experience with SharePoint, Webex, and other collaboration tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and process improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations with clear messaging.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and use of tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Located within 15 miles of Feltham, or willing to commute.

• Exposure to enterprise licensing or IT procurement processes.
• Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
