Windows 11 Migration Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled professionals to support Windows 11 migration projects across multiple regions in England. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Windows OS upgrades, troubleshooting, and SCCM, along with strong communication skills to support end-users during the migration process.

Location - Multiple Location, UK

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Windows OS migration activities.
• Troubleshoot issues during and after migration.
• Re-initiate migration using provided USB tools in case of failure.
• Provide end-user support and clarification on Windows 11-related queries.
• Deploy and configure Windows 11 across devices.
• Utilize SCCM for deployment, updates, and monitoring.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience with Windows 11 migration and SCCM.
• Strong knowledge of both hardware and software.
• Expertise in Windows OS installation, upgrading, and imaging.
• Working knowledge of SCCM (deployments, task sequences, troubleshooting).
• Strong software deployment expertise.
