Job Title: Windows Deployment Engineer

Location: Multiple sites across the UK (for deployment support)

Job Description:

We are seeking Windows Deployment Engineers to support large-scale Windows 11 migration projects across multiple UK sites. The ideal candidates will have prior hands-on experience with Windows OS deployment, migration troubleshooting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Windows 11 migration and deployment across designated sites
• Troubleshoot issues arising during or after migration
• Re-initiate migrations using provided USB tools in case of failures
• Provide end-user support and resolve Windows 11-related queries
• Collaborate with local IT teams to ensure smooth rollout
• Utilize SCCM for deployment, updates, and device management

Experience & Requirements:

• 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in Windows 11 migration and basic SCCM operations
• Proven ability to work independently at customer sites
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Willingness to travel between sites (travel allowance reimbursed as per actuals — site-to-site only, not home to main site)
