Role –IT Support Engineer

Location-Bakerstreet , UK (Onsite)

Duration- 6–12-month contract

Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral device issues, including printers, scanners, and monitors.

• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.) and business applications.

• Perform software installations, patches, and updates.

• Set up and configure new desktops and laptops for end-users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures, software conflicts, and system errors.

• Assist with the setup, configuration, and support of video conferencing systems.

• Provide training and assistance to end-users on IT-related issues and software usage.

• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage asset tracking.

• Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure overall network and system health.

• Collaborate with the Helpdesk team for escalated issues and resolutions.

• Document all support activities in a ticketing system.

• Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the IT department.
