Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, monitoring, and support of LAN/WAN environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network performance and availability
• Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Configure and support routers, switches, and firewalls
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for network-related issues
• Work with network monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues proactively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network implementation and upgrades
• Maintain network documentation and reports
• Ensure network security and compliance standards

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN
• Experience with routing and switching
• Hands-on experience with Cisco / Juniper devices
• Familiarity with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.)
• Understanding of OSI model and network protocols
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows environments
