Role Purpos

eThe Senior QA Manager for Finance Transformation will lead the quality strategy, validation, and control framework for major financial change programmes, including ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), process automation, and operating model redesigns. You will ensure that transformed finance processes are accurate, compliant, and deliver the intended business benefits

  • esQA Strategy & Governanc e: Develop and execute a comprehensive QA vision and control framework for large-scale finance transformation project
  • s.System Implementation Validatio n: Oversee testing strategies for ERP-led transformations and finance system migrations to ensure data integrity and functionalit
  • y.Risk & Complianc e: Proactively manage risks to financial reporting and ensure SOX compliance and robust control environments during and after transformatio
  • n.Process Optimizatio n: Review and challenge new finance operating models to improve system utilization and process efficienc
  • y.Stakeholder Managemen t: Present clear, high-level analysis and quality metrics to senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO) and lead steering committee update
  • s.Team Leadershi p: Lead and mentor QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvemen
