Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Contract – 1 Year)

Location: Remote (Candidate must be based in UK or EU)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on expertise and end-to-end implementation experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of dedicated SuccessFactors experience (SF only — not mixed platforms)

Strong Business-to-Configuration (BTC) background with the ability to translate business needs into scalable SF solutions

Deep expertise in workflows, business rules, data models, RBP, permissions, and full configuration

Active SAP SuccessFactors certifications — EC is mandatory; additional module certifications are a plus

Strong integration knowledge across Integration Center, APIs, CPI/Boomi, and data migration
