Service Integration Manager

Role:- SIAM for a Service Design work on End user Compute

Hybrid with 3 days onsite, Location Solihull, Birmingham

Key Responsibilities- The role requirement is someone who can review, document and define a Service Design.

• Develop and document end‐to‐end service designs for EUC offerings (devices, OS, application delivery, collaboration tools, endpoint management, mobility).
• Define service models, SLAs, KPIs, and operational workflows for seamless service delivery.
• Assess current EUC services and recommend improvements, automation, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and service delivery teams to ensure designs are feasible, secure, and cost‐effective.
• Produce service design documentation (service catalog entries, process maps, support models).
• Support transitions of new or improved EUC services into BAU operations.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise governance standards.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of EUC technologies such as Windows 10/11, M365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, VDI/DaaS, device lifecycle management.
• Experience designing IT services using ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to create clear service documentation and process definitions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements for EUC environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
• Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments.
