About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to enter the world of data analysis. As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in delivering important BI and reporting projects. You’ll help design and build robust BI platforms that serve both ZIGUP and our customers, while continuously learning and growing in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximising Power BI for business requirements
  • Designing platforms
  • Building robust BI tools
  • Reporting projects
  • Learning and development around data and analytics

Desirable skills:

  • No previous work experience is required—just a keen interest in data and a desire to learn!
  • A willingness to understand data, technology, and BI methodologies
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others

Entry requirements:

Standard entry:

  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
  • OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

Plus:

  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above 
  • Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm.
