Overview:

As part of the Enterprise Solutions Audit team, you will learn how to manage and track the lifecycle of enterprise IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, and storage solutions. You will ensure accurate data capture and lifecycle tracking of all components within Microsoft Dynamics 365, supporting compliance, asset management, and operational transparency.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Testing team, receiving IT assets and initiating the audit process.
  • Audit all enterprise servers, networks, and storage assets across business deployments, ensuring accurate data capture.
  • Input and maintain detailed records in Dynamics 365 & Microsoft Excel, ensuring full traceability of all IT parts and components.
  • Use the Warehouse Management System to track and move IT assets across different business areas.
  • Escalate asset retirement cases to business stakeholders, enabling them to report findings and retirement reasons back to the client.
  • Collaborate with technical and financial teams to validate asset configurations and deployments.
  • Monitor the entire IT asset lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement, ensuring compliance and operational transparency.
  • Identify discrepancies within asset records and take corrective actions to maintain data integrity.

  • Analytical learner and process driven.

Salary: £19,500 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
