Digital Customer Success Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated and personable apprentice to join our growing team. You will support the day-to-day administration and customer engagement activities within our Business Relationship team. You will play an important role in ensuring our customers, suppliers and colleagues receive excellent service and communication.

No previous IT experience is required. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to develop a career within a professional business environment.

During your apprenticeship, you'll gain valuable experience in:

• CRM and business systems

• Working within a successful Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Required skills:

• Friendly, confident and professional communication skills

• Excellent telephone manner

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Good written communication and basic Microsoft Office skills

• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

• Able to work well as part of a team

Desirable experience:

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or office environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• An interest in technology or IT services

• Experience using CRM systems

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
