About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager Apprentice to join our team at Dals. This role plays a key part in helping shape our systems to meet the needs of clients, interpreters, and colleagues. You will be responsible for supporting the Product team with research, process mapping, functional and technical specifications, and project coordination.
As part of this role, you will work towards a Level 4 Digital Product Manager apprenticeship. This structured training programme will give you the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to build a strong foundation in product management. You will learn from experienced Product Owners while gaining a recognised qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Team in developing and improving systems so they best meet the needs of clients, interpreters and colleagues
- Work closely with Product Owners to assist with research, gather insights and contribute to product decision making
- Map and document processes to understand how systems and teams operate
- Help document functional and technical requirements for new or improved product features
- Assist in coordinating product related projects, including planning, tracking progress and maintaining documentation
- Contribute to testing activities, helping ensure new features and system changes are delivered effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to support the development and enhancement of digital products
- Maintain organised records, notes and updates to support smooth communication and project flow
We’re looking for someone with:
- A genuine interest in digital products, systems or technology
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with different teams
- Attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem solving
- An enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn
Entry requirements:
Entry requirements for this programme are as follows:
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/1 x A Level in any subject/BTEC etc.)
- OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role)
PLUS:
- 5 x GCSE’s including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
