Albion Environmental are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Queenslie office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming enquiries via telephone, email, and the companies CRM system, logging interactions and updating client records accurately.
- Prepare and maintain digital documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Support the training and VQ administration systems by uploading candidate information, maintaining digital records, and preparing training materials.
- Maintain digital filing systems and document control in line with the company Quality Management System (QMS) and data protection requirements.
- Assist with CRM updates, training orders, quotations, and job completion follow-ups using internal tracking systems and Excel logs.
- Support digital communications and collaboration tools, including setting up Microsoft Teams meetings/webinars and organising shared files and templates.
- Contribute to process improvement and digital workflow efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline administrative tasks and reporting.

Salary: £19,500 per annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
