Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Digital Support Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in an office and gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep client data accurate and secure in CRM and practice management platforms like Xero, BrightManager, Karbon, or AccountancyManager.
  • Act as the go-to person for internal tech systems, supporting teammates with CRM, document management, and workflow software.
  • Manage client enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring a friendly and professional response every time.
  • Collaborate with accounts, tax, and payroll teams to maintain smooth data flow and efficient cross-department processes.
  • Create and format documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, maintaining consistent digital standards.
  • Scan, upload, and archive records using digital document management systems, ensuring files are organised and traceable.
  • Help improve internal digital workflows and automation processes, suggesting new tools or methods to boost efficiency.

Salary: £15,000 per annum.

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 1pm.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
