About the role:
Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, you will collaborate with the team onsite to deliver exceptional Sharp Services to a diverse client base. In this role, you will take ownership of managing issue resolution and client communication, ensuring a seamless experience that drives customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage support tickets - ensuring timely updates regarding progress so clients feel confident their issues are being investigated and resolved
- Meet agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) - to maintain a consistently high standard of service across Sharp
- Commit to personal development - actively enhancing technical knowledge and proficiency
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks - to deliver service aligned with client expectations
- Communicate professionally and positively - with colleagues and clients, fostering effective information exchange
- Act as an ambassador for Sharp - promoting and maintaining the Sharp & the client’s reputation through every interaction

In addition, the following experience would be beneficial:
- Basic awareness of Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems and the roles they play within an infrastructure
- Basic awareness of Microsoft Cloud technologies (365 and Azure)
- Basic awareness of virtualisation, networking and firewalls
- Basic awareness of backup and anti-virus software
- Awareness of Remote Monitoring and Management tools
Entry requirements:
Standard entry requirements:
- Full-time employment in a relevant role
- Level 3 qualifications in STEM subjects (e.g., 2 A Levels, BTEC Diplomas, Apprenticeship, or equivalent)
Non-standard entry with work experience:
Relevant qualifications and/or work experience will be considered for applicants with potential to benefit from the programme.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
