Responsibilities:
- You will participate, and in some cases leading, digital transformation (inception, requirements gathering, scoping, evaluation, planning, execution, communication, closing).
- You’ll work with various teams within a global organization to deliver successful digital solutions and set up standard processes and practices across the different sites and business areas.
- As you develop expertise in your chosen area, you may become a subject matter lead within Gardner, contributing to the development and customisation of digital and AI solutions to meet evolving operational needs.
- You will also contribute to the Gardner digital transformation community and participate in technology watch activities.
Required skills:
- Ideal role for someone with a keen interest and preparing a master’s degree in the areas of digital transformation, innovation, AI, new and future technologies, programming and solution development, data analytics and data management.
- Successful candidates should be computer-literate and ideally have experience with Microsoft Power Platform Suite (Power-Bi, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- They have some knowledge or are familiar with project management methodologies.
- Candidates have good communication and relational skills, are keen to develop themselves, are organized and happy to enrol in a variety of tasks.
Entry requirements:
Standard entry requirements:
- Full-time employment in a relevant role
- Level 3 qualifications in STEM subjects (e.g., 2 A Levels, BTEC Diplomas, Apprenticeship, or equivalent)
Non-standard entry with work experience:
Relevant qualifications and/or work experience will be considered for applicants with potential to benefit from the programme.
Working hours:
39 hours per week.
