About the role: We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as an apprentice. The ideal candidate is someone who pays close attention to detail, has a passion for learning, and is committed to building a successful career. You should enjoy tackling challenges, solving problems, and coming up with innovative solutions. If you are eager to grow, looking to gain further qualifications, and thrive in an environment where you can make a real impact, we would love to hear from you. This is a full-time position, so you’ll be spending your days in our vibrant offices in Spinningfields, nestled in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the ticket system to accurately log, manage, document, and resolve IT issues in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Provide support to the IT Manager on various projects and migrations

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business, from end users to team leaders, managers, and directors

  • Work closely with external partners to resolve software-related issues

What experience do you need?

  • You’ll have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital

  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
