- Design and script blended digital learning that engages and inspires
- Work with subject experts and creative teams to shape strong learning journeys
- Take ownership of key projects that make a real difference
- Keep learning content accurate, accessible and high quality

- Strong writing, editing and communication skills
- A creative approach grounded in solid learning design principles
- Confidence working with evolving briefs and multiple stakeholders
- Experience designing and developing digital learning materials
- Familiarity with learning platforms and authoring tools
