The Infinigate UK Cloud Sales team is responsible for driving the recruitment, activation and ongoing management of Infinigate Partners (our reseller channel) along with supporting their growth through sales and technical enablement, delivering the associated revenue and profit growth, partner satisfaction and team targets. The team is responsible for owning the overall business relationship with our partners and is the main “face” of the business.
Overview:
You will have the responsibility of executing the sales enablement and “build-with” strategy for native Microsoft and 3rd party security vendor services. The role is to be a Microsoft specialist throughout the UK&I business. You will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the Infinigate UK&I Partner Team and the attainment of team sales targets, through increasing the number of partners engaging with Infinigate through programs, marketing, sales campaigns and Microsoft Investments. You will operate to create, manage, promote programs, Microsoft updates and promotions between Sales and Marketing out to partners and the internal Infinigate teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the alliances and relationship building with Microsoft UK&I.
- Support the creation of repeatable GTM campaigns that are rolled out through the Infinigate Partner Management teams which drive customer frequency & yield.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams, partners, and vendors, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed, particularly between sales and marketing. Inputting creative ideas into projects to deliver maximum returns.
- Leading creation, management and reviews of projects from start to finish.
- Participate in partner education, events and communication programmes, encouraging the utilisation of Infinigate’s GROW and EDGE.
- Facilitate project meetings, capture actions and decisions, and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Engage with Microsoft solution areas to drive repeatable GTM solutions, offers and campaigns in partnership with the Marketing & Product teams.
- Maintain a constant focus on Partner Satisfaction and achievement of Infinigate’s world-class NPS rating.
Desirable skills:
- A desire to work within the technology sector aligned to Microsoft.
- A “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to communicate at all levels including strong presentation skills.
- A high level of computer literacy, combined with strong Microsoft Office suite skills with proven experience of accurately recording data in computerised systems.
- Proven ability to quickly grasp the features and benefits for resellers and their customers of new technology services and turn into commercial propositions.
- Excellent organisational skills working well both in a team environment and individually.
Entry requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.)?
- OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role)?
AND:
- 5 x GCSE’s including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am – 5:30pm.
