Senior Learning Designer

About The Role Senior Learning Designer (Hybrid, London) Do you love turning complex ideas into clear, creative learning experiences? Are you comfortable leading from the front, guiding subject experts and creative teams through change? If that sounds like you, join QA’s Funded Learning Design? team.What you’ll do 

• Lead workshops with curriculum experts to shape learning journeys 
• Design and script blended digital learning that engages and inspires 
• Mentor others and champion quality across the team 
• Bring structure, clarity and creativity to every project 
• Help raise the bar for how QA designs and delivers learning

What you bring 

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability 
• Ability to make progress with incomplete or evolving briefs 
• Creativity and design flair with a clear understanding of learning theory 
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills 
• Experience leading digital learning design from idea to delivery 
• Hands-on experience with learning tools (LMSs etc.)
