The Opportunity 

QBE Europe is recruiting a Senior Development Lead – Guidewire Claim Center to join our development team in our London office. 

The Senior Development Lead – Guidewire ClaimCenter is accountable for the technical leadership, people leadership, and delivery outcomes of one or more Agile delivery teams working on Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions. 

The role provides hands-on technical leadership while managing developers to ensure solutions are designed and delivered to the highest quality standards, aligned to business outcomes and QBE technology strategy. 

The Senior Development Lead works within an Agile delivery model, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Business Analysts, and external partners, while providing direction, coaching, and governance for development teams.
