Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will learn how to support customers, dealerships, charge point manufacturers, and electrical contractors through every stage of their journey.

Role

Key Responsibilities 
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will: 

  • Support customers, dealerships, electrical contractors, and partners via telephone, email, and online chat
  • Assist with matching EV customers to certified electrical contractors
  • Monitor customer journeys through the Qvanta Installer.com platform and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process
  • Make outbound calls to customers and contractors to provide updates and gather information
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information within business systems and CRM platforms
  • Support the resolution of customer queries and issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Work closely with colleagues across operations and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Help monitor service performance and customer satisfaction levels
  • Suggest improvements that enhance the customer experience
  • Develop knowledge of Qvanta's products, services, and programmes
  • Contribute positively to team objectives and business goals

Training

  • As part of this role, you will complete a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
  • You will receive dedicated training and development time during working hours and be supported by both Qvanta and your apprenticeship training provider throughout the programme
  • The apprenticeship combines practical workplace experience with structured learning, helping you develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to succeed in a customer service career
