The Role
This is an entry-level opportunity - no prior recruitment experience required. We’re looking for ambitious, commercially driven individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment.
You’ll be trained into a 360 Recruitment Consultant, working across either Montash or Trillion, with full ownership of your market as you develop.
From day one, you’ll receive structured training, a dedicated senior mentor, and a clear pathway for progression based on performance - not time served.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and managing a network of technology professionals within your specialist market
- Proactively sourcing candidates through calls, LinkedIn, networking events, and webinars
- Developing new client relationships through business development and pitching QXi’s services
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management
- Representing QXi at client meetings and industry events
- Building your personal brand internally and externally
- Working towards and exceeding activity targets and commercial KPIs
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need recruitment experience, but you do need:
- Strong commercial awareness and clear financial motivation
- Confidence communicating with candidates and clients
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail across all communication
- A natural interest in technology and ability to learn quickly
- 6–12 months’ experience in a commercial or customer-facing role (e.g. B2B sales, tech sales, SaaS, SDR/BDR, insurance, advertising)
