The Role

We’re hiring Sales Consultants with a background in B2B sales - no prior recruitment experience required. If you have experience in tech sales, SaaS, advertising, SDR/BDR roles, insurance, brokerage, or similar, and you’re looking to build a long-term, high-earning career, we’ll train you into a fully autonomous 360 Recruitment Consultant.

You’ll join either Montash or Trillion, owning your own market, with full support from day one through structured training and mentorship from senior billers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running a full 360 recruitment desk within a specialist tech market
  • Building and developing client relationships, with a strong focus on new business
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from brief through to placement
  • Representing QXi at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Leveraging AI tools and technology to enhance sourcing and market insights
  • Working towards and exceeding personal billing targets and commercial KPIs
  • Contributing to team success and supporting junior colleagues as you progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (tech, SaaS, advertising, SDR/BDR, insurance, brokerage, etc.)
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of performance metrics
  • Confidence in client-facing environments and stakeholder management
  • A driven, ambitious mindset with clear financial motivation
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in all communication
  • A genuine interest in technology and ability to learn quickly
  • Evidence of progression, consistency, and performance in previous roles
