QYON UK develops AI‐enabled, cloud accounting and business-management software that automates bookkeeping, invoicing and compliance workflows to replace legacy systems with modern, integrated solutions. QYON’s platform (QYON Bill, QYON CRM, QYON Accounting) focuses on HMRC‐compliant MTD features, bank reconciliation, expense capture and automated reporting to help accountants and small businesses save time and reduce errors.

Role summary
Own the full sales cycle for SMBs and accounting practices: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate and close subscriptions for QYON Bill, QYON CRM, and QYON SE (Accounting Software). This is a quota-bearing, growth role with structured ramp and training.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycle for SMB customers: discovery, tailored demo, proposal, negotiation, close.
- Execute outbound prospecting (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach) and convert inbound leads.
- Hit monthly/quarterly MRR/ARR targets for product and services upsell.
- Build and maintain pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Partner with Customer Success & Onboarding to ensure clean handovers and early adoption monitoring.
- Collect market feedback and relay product/feature requests to Product & Marketing.
- Represent QYON at events and webinars; run product workshops for accountants and small businesses.
- Support channel growth by identifying potential resellers/affiliates and assisting in partner onboarding.
Success looks like
- Quota: New MRR target (first 6 months ramp plan provided).
- Activity: Weekly calls, demos, qualified opportunities.
- Conversion: Demo→win rate, average ACV, sales cycle length.
- Hygiene: 100% CRM Accuracy

- A self-starter who takes ownership and runs with opportunities
- 1–2 years’ experience in B2B SaaS or professional‐services sales; some exposure to accounting/finance software preferred.
- Proven ability to run demos and close deals; comfortable with value-based discovery.
- Data literate: comfortable tracking win rates, ACV, pipeline coverage in CRM.
- Nice to have: Experience selling to accountants or handling invoicing/VAT/MTD use cases; Portuguese/Spanish speaker.
